01 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on phbit, accessing any part of the phbit website or mobile interface, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming a bonus, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the phbit Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the phbit platform, including visitors who browse without a registered account, registered members, and any individual who accesses phbit through a shared device or network. Use of the phbit platform by any person on your behalf or through your account credentials binds you to these terms as the account holder of record.

phbit may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the posting of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to remain informed of any changes.

02 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on phbit, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gaming activities in the Philippines.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing phbit from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of a phbit employee or affiliate.
• You have not previously had a phbit account suspended or permanently closed for a violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

phbit reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification card, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by phbit support may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending the completion of verification.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To register a phbit account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to keep this information accurate and up to date at all times by notifying phbit support of any changes.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual person may hold only one registered phbit account. The creation or operation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. phbit employs technical and procedural controls to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phbit login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) used for two-factor authentication. You must not share your credentials with any other person. phbit will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other unsolicited communication. Any activity conducted through your phbit account, whether or not authorised by you, is your responsibility.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of phbit's compliance obligations under the Philippine anti-money laundering framework, all accounts are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. phbit may request copies of valid government-issued identification, proof of residential address, and payment method verification documents at registration or at any subsequent point during account operation. Accounts that have not completed verification may have deposit, withdrawal, or betting functionality restricted until verification is complete.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

phbit currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). phbit does not accept deposits made in foreign currencies and will not be responsible for any currency conversion losses incurred by the account holder.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction. phbit reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice to affected users. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by phbit; however, your financial institution may apply its own transaction limits.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are typically processed within one (1) business day. Processing times may vary depending on the selected payment channel, the volume of withdrawal requests being processed, and any pending KYC or security review requirements. phbit will not be liable for delays caused by your bank or e-wallet provider once the withdrawal has been released from the phbit system.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to the account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Where a deposit was made via GCash or PayMaya, the corresponding withdrawal will be returned to the same GCash or PayMaya account used for the deposit, subject to verification. phbit reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

phbit maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards money laundering and terrorist financing. All transactions are monitored in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. phbit may freeze, delay, or report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the account holder. Depositing funds for purposes other than genuine gaming activity is strictly prohibited.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by phbit are subject to specific terms and conditions communicated at the time of the promotion. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement, which must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, as indicated) before a withdrawal of related winnings is permitted. For example, a ₱500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place bets totalling ₱10,000 before associated winnings become withdrawable. Different game categories may contribute different percentages toward wagering completion; specific contribution rates are published on the relevant promotion page.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

phbit actively monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets solely to meet wagering requirements, exploiting technical errors, or using automated betting strategies in conjunction with bonus funds. Where bonus abuse is identified, phbit reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings and to permanently close the account.

06 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the phbit platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

1. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
2. Accessing phbit from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal under applicable local law.
3. Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the phbit platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
4. Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker, baccarat, or any other game where knowledge of other players' hands or positions is relevant.
5. Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors in phbit games or the platform itself. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of errors must be returned.
6. Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring of transactions, or using the phbit platform for the movement of funds derived from illegal activity.
7. Threatening, harassing, or abusing phbit support staff or other players through any communication channel.
8. Attempting to charge back or reverse any deposit transaction made to phbit through your bank or payment provider.
9. Sharing your account credentials with, or allowing access to your account by, any third party.
10. Registering or operating more than one phbit account.

07 Intellectual Property

All content available on the phbit platform, including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the intellectual property of phbit or its licensed third-party game providers and content suppliers. This content is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phbit platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any phbit content; reverse-engineer any phbit software; frame or mirror any part of the phbit website; or use phbit trademarks or branding in any manner without prior written consent.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to phbit regarding the platform may be used by phbit without restriction or compensation to you.

08 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phbit, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the phbit platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming funds due to system downtime, technical faults, or third-party service interruptions.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by software defects, provided that phbit takes reasonable steps to investigate and remedy confirmed errors.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party financial institutions including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, or UnionBank.
• Any decision by a regulatory authority affecting phbit's ability to offer certain services in the Philippines.

phbit does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use phbit at your own risk. In jurisdictions that do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, phbit's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

09 Responsible Gaming

phbit is committed to providing a safe, responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. We take our obligations under the Philippine regulatory framework governing responsible gaming seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered phbit account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps directly from your account settings after logging in.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the phbit platform. Self-exclusion requests submitted to phbit support take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen summaries of your session activity, including net wins/losses and total time played.

phbit enforces a strict 21+ policy. We do not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances. Players who are concerned about a minor accessing the platform through a shared device should enable device-level parental controls in addition to using the phbit self-exclusion feature.

10 Privacy & Data

phbit collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering a phbit account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phbit collects personal data including but not limited to: name, date of birth, address, contact details, government ID information, payment method details, device identifiers, IP addresses, and gameplay transaction history. This data is used for account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement purposes.

phbit does not sell your personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data may be shared with licensed third-party game providers, payment processors, and regulatory authorities as required for service delivery and legal compliance. 11 Amendments to These Terms

phbit reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, phbit will notify registered users via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions regularly. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the phbit platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and contact phbit support to arrange withdrawal of any available balance and closure of your account.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, the phbit platform, or the services provided therein shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact phbit support in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. phbit will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint raised through the support channel within fifteen (15) business days of receipt. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of first notification, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.

phbit operates under the regulatory framework governing online gaming in the Philippines. Regulatory complaints related to licensed gaming activities may be directed to the appropriate Philippine regulatory authority.
